Biden has an 11 point lead. The panel structure allows the survey to look at people who actually went for Trump and Clinton 2016, rather than just rely on retrospective self-report. Note the larger defections among Trump vs. Clinton voters (9-4). This is in line with the Nationscape data reported in my Washington Post/Monkey Cage piece with John Halpin and a significant development.
