Well, maybe not forever because now he is mostly forgotten. Too bad! The song "Fire" is an all-time classic. Give it a listen and also check out the theatrics in the video, which is how he used to perform on stage, complete with real flames. He also used to be lowered from the heavens on a winch to begin the act. Alas, I never got to see him live!
